Nipomo Retail

On 5.35 acres bisected by a proposed new frontage road, Nipomo Retail features eight commercial buildings ranging in size from 2,450 to 20,800 s.f., and three fast-food restaurant pads. This project was required to conform to the strict design requirements of the Olde Towne Nipomo Design and Circulation Plan. The design manages to fit into the historic ambience without losing its place in the 21st century.
