Old-Town Clovis Mixed-Use Center

Old Town Clovis is a vibrant commercial district serving as the cultural and historical heart of the community. The project is located on a 1.5 acre infill site, containing 10,000 s.f. of retail, and 30 residences. The building is carefully designed to fit in with the Western False Front and Turn of the Century identity of the area. This project attains the city’s goal of adding housing to downtown, while still reinforcing the unique character and history of Old Town Clovis. (R2L)
