Monterey Street Lofts

San Luis Obispo, California

Located on Monterey Street in downtown San Luis Obispo, the Monterey Street Lofts mixed-use building consists of 24 residential lofts, office space, commercial space, and underground parking. This unique project is designed to complement the upper historic part of town, with both a pedestrian and visual link between the downtown core and the upper Monterey Street hotel district. Design cues, steel railings and brickwork are taken from the adjacent railroad bridge and nearby old town residential neighborhoods (R2L).
