The remains of a historic winery facility reside on this 36 acre site. This innovative project will take advantage of these massive concrete buildings, creating a commercial and entertainment core. Other uses surrounding the core include a recreation center, amphitheater, hotel, parking structure, and variety of housing types including live/work rowhouses. In the 24 acre residential neighborhoods, courtyard drive lanes with enhanced paving, front porches, and street trees create a pleasant courtyard space. Front entry porches are prominent, while garages are de-emphasized. Residences have living rooms and bedrooms that open up to decks, which overlook water features and park spaces. The water features and small fountains create soothing white noise and enhance acoustical privacy (R2L).
