An AIA national award-winning project and winner of the highest local design award from the Obispo Beautiful Association, this 12 unit project, on one acre in downtown San Luis Obispo, is located in the heart of San Luis Obispo, only two blocks from the downtown commercial core. Each of the 12 residences maintains its own identity through a variety of floor plans, private yards, private balconies, and individual entries. Ranging in size from 980 sq.ft. to 1,450 sq.ft., each of the units has two or three bedrooms, an attached garage, and laundry room. Several of the units orient to a small creek which crosses the site and is the focal point of the small gazebo located in the creekside open space. Featuring redwood clapboard siding, asphalt shingle roofs,single-hung windows, and decorative shingles on gable-end walls, this condominium complex blends in with surrounding historic homes (RRM).
