Torian Plum is an eight-story mixed-use complex, which sits at the base of a world-renowned ski resort and features ski-in/ski-out convenience, located alongside the Christie Peak chairlift and 100 yards from the gondola. The design concept hearkens back to the late 19th century mining towns around Steamboat Springs, and consists of retail, restaurant, hotel, spa and office spaces, in addition to 186 room condo-hotel, all served by a parking garage. The condo hotel units range from one to six bedrooms, and include balconies, fully-equipped kitchens and laundry, and spacious living rooms with gas fireplaces. Other hotel amenities include a heated outdoor pool, two indoor hot tubs, four outdoor hot tubs, sauna, fitness center, tennis courts, in addition to conference facilities such as a conference room, reception lounge, and poolside patio which seats up to 100 attendees. Torian Plum has become Streamboat Spring’s premier ski-in/ski-out luxury resort (RRM).
