The new headquarters for Heritage Oaks Bank provides 20,000 s.f. of office and corporate training space, and is located in the Victorian district of downtown Paso Robles. Once a vacant parking lot, the design complements and enhances the surrounding historic neighborhood. The buildings are sited to provide a strong street presence with pleasant pedestrian access, with ample parking located behind the buildings in the center of the block (R2L).
