Colony Square Mixed-Use
Atascadero, California
A key project in the rebirth of downtown Atascadero, the Colony Square Mixed-use development contains a 10-screen stadium seating theater, retail shops, restaurants, offices, and live-work residences. The site will be connected to the historic downtown with a new pedestrian bridge over Atascadero Creek. A new creek walk, sidewalks, and town square will be lined with outdoor cafe seating and landscaping to create a lively, livable and pedestrian-oriented atmosphere (R2L).
