Located in the heart of Avila Beach, this three-level, 38,000 s.f. urban planning project, contains beach rentals, retail shops, restaurants, residences and parking. The shops and residences are grouped around a central pedestrian promenade, connecting the Avila Pier with an existing surface parking area at the rear of the site. This visual and physical link is designed to compliment the retail shops and residences above with a series of landscaped courtyards, plazas, and interesting water features (R2L).
